Represented Polaris Developments Group in the $6.5 million sale of Northstar Center East located in downtown Minneapolis.  Part of a multi-use repositioning, the buyer converted the former office tower into 221 luxury residential units, utilizing federal and state historic tax credits.  Lamar Newburn worked on this assignment prior to forming SETT Properties.
