Every client engagement is guided by three senior partners with diverse, complementary backgrounds, each bringing deep domain expertise and a collaborative approach to delivering results.
Lamar leads SETT's Midwest operations, bringing deep experience in brokerage, investment and asset management. He has been involved in over $3 billion in transactions since 2005, with prior roles at Lee & Associates, Cushman & Wakefield, JLL, Tishman Speyer and Riverview Realty. An SIOR designee, he serves on boards for WREAA, SIOR, ReStart Inc. and MNCAR.
Alex co-leads SETT's Mountain West operations, bringing over 18 years of experience across $1.4 billion in commercial real estate transactions. Prior to SETT, he was Vice President at Dostart Development, underwriting, asset-managing and project-managing mixed-use and office developments. He previously held acquisitions, asset management and consulting roles at Tishman Speyer and The Weitzman Group.
Brian co-leads SETT's Mountain West operations, bringing over 15 years of experience in litigation and real estate investment and management. Prior to SETT, he litigated for over a decade in employment defense, handling class actions and ADA claims — recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star and Best Lawyers Ones to Watch. Earlier, he was a senior manager at a real estate property management firm.

A sett is a badger's den: a network of tunnels built carefully over time, where the animal lives, adapts, and protects what matters. Methodical, fully committed once engaged, and tenacious by disposition. We found the name appropriate.
