Lamar leads SETT’s Midwest operations and has been involved in over $3 billion in transactions since 2005. Prior to SETT, he has successfully served brokerage and investment services roles with Lee & Associates, Cassidy Turley (now Cushman & Wakefield) and Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (now JLL), in addition to direct investment roles in acquisitions, dispositions and asset management with Tishman Speyer and Riverview Realty Partners.

Lamar is an SIOR Designee. He serves Board Member roles with the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association, SIOR, and ReStart, Inc., and is an Advisory Board Member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Real Estate/Realtors.

Lamar earned his B.A. degree in Economics from Cornell University and M.B.A. degree from the James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate.
